Q1: What is the MOQ for each item?
A:Usually the MOQ is 10 pcs. If we have in stock, there is no
limitation for MOQ.
Q2. What is your sample policy?
A: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but
the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.
Q3. Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A: Yes, we have 100% test before delivery and Our product quality
has been inspected by customers worldwide.
Q4. Can you produce according to the samples?
A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. But
it requires MOQ.
Q5. What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes and brown
cartons. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the
goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization
letters.
Q6: How long for you to deliver the product after the deposit?
If we have this product in stock, 7 days for express and 15 days
for sea shipment. If not, it's decided by the lead time.
